Terms of Service

Last updated: June 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the culpur.net website and the products and services offered by Culpur Defense Inc. (“Culpur Defense,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Anvil, AnvilHub, BEMA, Aegis, and CStrike (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Some Services have additional product-specific terms below; where they conflict with the general terms, the product-specific terms control for that Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where required for a given Service) and able to form a binding contract. If you create an account, you are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. License to use the Services

Subject to these Terms, Culpur Defense grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended, lawful purpose. Our software is proprietary and licensed, not sold. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services, or remove any proprietary notices.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to violate any law or the rights of others;
  • Access, scan, test, or attack any system, network, account, or data without clear, documented authorization from its owner;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
  • Upload or distribute malware, or publish content that is malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful;
  • Use the Services to develop a competing product by copying them; or
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, or affiliation.

4. Anvil

Anvil is a command-line AI coding assistant that runs locally on your own computer. It connects to AI providers that you choose and configure (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or a local model), using your own credentials and accounts. Your use of those providers is governed by their terms and pricing, and you are responsible for charges they bill you. Culpur Defense is not a party to your relationship with any AI provider and is not responsible for their availability, output, or actions. You retain ownership of the code and prompts you process with Anvil, and you are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-assisted output before relying on it.

5. AnvilHub

AnvilHub is a marketplace where users publish and install skills, plugins, agents, and themes (“Marketplace Content”). If you publish Marketplace Content, you represent that you have the right to do so and grant other users the rights necessary to install and use it as offered. You are responsible for your Marketplace Content. We may review, remove, or disable any content that violates these Terms, and we may suspend publishers who do so. Marketplace Content offered by third parties is provided by those parties, not by Culpur Defense, and you install and run it at your own risk.

6. BEMA

BEMA is a Culpur Defense social media management application (web and mobile) that lets you connect, schedule, publish to, and manage your accounts across third-party social platforms. To use these features you authorize BEMA to access the connected accounts and to post, schedule, or manage content on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You are solely responsible for the content you publish through BEMA, for the accounts you connect, and for complying with the terms, policies, and applicable laws of each connected platform. Your use of the BEMA mobile app is also subject to the terms of the app store from which you obtained it. Connected platforms are third parties, not controlled by Culpur Defense; their availability, behavior, rate limits, and policy changes are outside our control, and we are not responsible for actions they take on your accounts or content. BEMA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Aegis

Aegis is a Culpur Defense secure communication platform (including associated client applications) built on a Matrix backend, providing messaging and related communication features with end-to-end encryption. You are responsible for your account, your devices and encryption keys, the security of your recovery information, and all content you send or share through Aegis. You agree to use Aegis lawfully and not to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content. While Aegis is designed with strong security and end-to-end encryption, no communication system is perfectly secure: Culpur Defense does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for loss of access resulting from lost keys or recovery information, for content you choose to send, or for the conduct of other users or federated Matrix servers with which you communicate. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use, including those governing encryption and communications in your jurisdiction.

8. CStrike — authorized security testing only

CStrike is an offensive security testing toolset intended exclusively for authorized penetration testing, red-team engagements, security research, and education. It can perform reconnaissance, vulnerability identification, and exploitation against target systems. Misuse of such tools may violate computer-misuse, anti-hacking, wiretap, and other laws, and may carry serious civil and criminal penalties.

By accessing or using CStrike, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

  • You will use CStrike only against systems, networks, accounts, and data that you own or for which you hold prior, explicit, written authorization (such as a signed engagement contract, scope, or rules-of-engagement) from the owner;
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining and retaining that authorization, for staying within its scope, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in every relevant jurisdiction;
  • You will not use CStrike for any unauthorized, malicious, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose, including unauthorized access, data theft, disruption, or extortion; and
  • You are a qualified, authorized user acting in a professional or research capacity.

CStrike is provided strictly “as is” and “as available,” with no warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culpur Defense disclaims all liability for any use or misuse of CStrike and for any damage, loss, disruption, data loss, or legal consequence resulting from its use, whether by you or by any third party. You assume all risk of, and full responsibility for, your use of CStrike, and you agree to indemnify and hold Culpur Defense harmless from any claim, loss, penalty, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of it. We may suspend or revoke your access to CStrike at any time, with or without notice, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities regarding misuse.

9. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you create or process with the Services. You are solely responsible for that content and for validating any output (including AI-generated output, which can be inaccurate or incomplete) before relying on it. Do not treat any output as professional, legal, or security advice.

10. Fees

Some Services may be offered free of charge and others for a fee. Where fees apply, they will be disclosed before you incur them. Amounts you pay to third parties (such as AI providers) are separate from any Culpur Defense fees and are your responsibility.

11. Intellectual property

The Services and all associated software, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding your content and third-party Marketplace Content) are owned by Culpur Defense or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Culpur Defense and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us for the relevant Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Culpur Defense from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content or Marketplace Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law. This obligation applies with particular force to your use of CStrike and any other offensive security capability.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, authorized-use representations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

16. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated through the site where appropriate. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Culpur Defense’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.
