EMS — Enterprise Management System
One dashboard for your entire infrastructure — VMware, Proxmox, Kubernetes, Active Directory, Cisco, storage, security tools, and more. Stop switching between vendor consoles.
What It Does
EMS consolidates management of your entire IT stack into a single platform. Instead of juggling vCenter for VMs, Proxmox for containers, a separate tool for AD, another for network switches — you manage it all from one place. Connect your infrastructure, and EMS discovers your assets, monitors health, and gives your team unified control.
The dashboard gives you real-time system health, active user sessions, recent activity across all connected systems, and quick actions for common tasks. It auto-refreshes every 30 seconds so you always have a current picture.
Modular Architecture — Use What You Need
EMS is built as a modular system. Each platform you manage is a module that you enable or disable. Over 60 modules are available:
Virtualization
- VMware vCenter & ESXi
- VMware Horizon VDI
- Proxmox VE
- Nutanix AHV
- KVM / libvirt
Containers & Identity
- Kubernetes clusters
- Docker & LXC
- Active Directory & LDAP
- Identity providers (OIDC)
Network & Security
- Cisco switches & routers
- Splunk & Wazuh SIEM
- Nessus / Tenable / ACAS
- Pure Storage & backup
When you enable a module, it appears in your navigation. Disable it, and it disappears. You only see and pay for what you actually use.
Credential Vault
EMS includes a built-in encrypted credential vault. Store all the service accounts, API tokens, SSH keys, and certificates your infrastructure needs — in one place, encrypted at rest, with a full audit trail of every access.
Six credential types are supported: username/password, API tokens, SSH keys, client certificates, OAuth tokens, and generic secrets. Credentials are injected automatically when EMS connects to your systems — no credentials in config files, no shared passwords on sticky notes.
Set expiration dates, track who accessed what and when, and revoke credentials without deleting them (the audit trail is preserved).
Connection Management
Connections define how EMS reaches your infrastructure. For each system you manage, you create a connection — specify the endpoint, pick credentials from the vault, test the connection, and you are live. EMS supports SSH, WinRM, REST API, VMware SDK, LDAP, and direct database connections.
Each connection shows real-time health status, last successful connection time, and clear error messages when something breaks. Test any connection on demand without leaving the dashboard.
Document Validation
For regulated environments, EMS includes AI-powered document validation. Upload compliance documents — training certificates, clearance records, professional certifications — and EMS extracts the data via OCR, validates it against defined schemas, and classifies each document as good, incomplete, or rejected with a confidence score.
Supports CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Azure, CISSP certs, DCSA training records, DoD DA forms, and custom document schemas you define. Documents that pass validation enter your approval workflow automatically; flagged documents go to manual review with specific remediation guidance.
Users, Roles & Audit
Full role-based access control with granular permissions. Create users, assign roles (admin, manager, operator, read-only, or custom), manage group memberships, enforce password policies, and monitor active sessions. Deactivate users instantly while preserving their audit history.
Every action in EMS is logged — who did what, when, from where, and the before/after state for any change. Filter audit logs by date, user, action type, or resource. This is not optional; it is always on, and it is the audit trail your compliance team needs for NIST, FISMA, and STIG.
Built for Government
EMS was designed from the start for DoD and federal environments. Classification banners, STIG-compliant configurations, comprehensive audit logging, and air-gap capable deployment are built in — not bolted on. The system runs fully self-hosted with no external dependencies required.
